When residents or visitors think of Pendennis our aim is for them to think of ‘home’. A peaceful, loving and joyful place to enjoy life.
The staff team at Pendennis go about their day understanding that the residents we look after are to be respected at all times. The team appreciate that the people living at Pendennis can still have aspirations, likes, and dislikes, dreams and fears.
Residents are at the centre of everything we do. Their happiness, safety, wellbeing and comfort is our top priority
We always put ourselves in their shoes, try to see things from their perspective. This is their home, we laugh together, we cry together and we are always there for each other and we are blessed to be working here and spend time with them in the autumn of their lives.
